Club Mahindra Mac Boutique Hotel

My room was upgraded on my arrival. The room was big enough for 4 people, large TV with plenty of channels if you like that. Location was down an alley but very quiet at night and not too far away from the busy nightlife.

Can't think of anything, I only stayed the one night and ate out with friends so can't give my opinion on the food but plenty of options close by if you want.

I had stayed in this hotel before and was given a clean and upgraded room. So, I knew that the rooms were okay and location was also okay for the price.

This time, I chose to get a larger room (junior Suite) one for my brother and one for me. The room was old and mold and broken wall papers and flooring were rather common. we were charged almost 500 Baht per person for breakfast (the most expensive one)

This hotel far EXCEEDED my expectations I got an upgrade which was FANTASTICI would definitely stay again AND refer family and friends The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING

Club Mahindra is in the heart of Bangkok with access to Soi 11, which is a very busy street with many restaurants, spas and night life. It is a short walk to the Nana BTS station. The hotel was fine and price alright. It accommodates a South Asian crowd with great Indian food.

The shower was broken and the people in the room next door were noisy at 3 am.

Big spacious rooms, comfortable bed and amazing location.

Smooth check in. 4 bottles of free water was really nice. You can have a short cut to Soi Sukhumvit 11 (bars and so on) in 1 minute. Actually, breakfast options were really nice in case you like indian food.

They brought me to the 2nd-older building, the lift was super old, the room was dark. Super hard bed. Get yourself a better room for same price elsewhere. At my stay - 90% of the residents in hotel were indian residents, seems like it was run with indians, but not sure about it.

Location of the hotel and the kindness of the hotel staff. Whenever I needed help they were happy to help.

Two single beds instead of one large, as chosen with my reservation. I would love more hot water pressure in the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—perfect for exploring the town on foot. The room was nice, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The service was very friendly and welcoming, especially Mr. Rocky at the reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. It was great value for money, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely come back soon!

Food Quality

It was in a good location

Washroom was smelling very bad. They had sewerage smell.

The location of the hotel was really nice, however the pin location would take you to the back of the hotel and no car can go through the alley.

The staff was not that accommodating

Room was well equipped, aircon was turned on before I arrived which was really nice (worked really well too). I was in the cheapest room available and it was very good value for money. Hotel is a bit further back from the busier parts of the area so there were no issues with noise, but all the nightlife is a short walk away. Some nice little bars along the street too if you don't want to walk too far. Staff were professional if not overly friendly. For the price I paid I was very happy with the room and service.

Bathroom could use an update, but considering the price it's not a big deal.

Key card was not working and had to get help from staff.

It’s in a good location, the stuff was helpful.

The room smells cigarettes and the smell is from everywhere. The room had a door inside connecting the next room. And the neighbours were very noisy. I woke up in the middle of the night from TV noise. I had to call the receptionist twice and ask to calm the neighbour down. Had a very bad sleep

Shower door broke because it’s old and rusty. There’s a smell coming from the bathroom and not much toilettries available.
